THE LIE OF COMPLEXITY

There are 3 fundamental principles that work for us all.

Overcomplicating it keeps you small.

If you simply pressed, squatted and pulled you would put on more size than 90% of the people you will ever meet – even without isolation exercises.  There’s no need to a special training protocol, supplements or equipment.  The worst physiques are usually those wearing a lifting belt, drinking BCAA’s whilst following the latest Men’s Health program off their phone!

Simply:
1 Lift progressively heavier weights
2 Lift consistantly in attendance and programming
3 Lift full body every session
